Postal Charges

Standard uk post and packing is £3.99

European airmail postage and packing £7.99

Interntional airmail postage and packing £12.99

Next day service is available. Please ask for prices at time of ordering.

Collections

Collections from the shop can be made by prior appointment.

Delivery

When the goods are dispatched, notification will be sent giving details of the consignment. Deliveries cannot be left at the delivery address without a valid signature. Deliveries will be made to the address on the order between 9am and 5pm on Monday to Friday. Saturday delivery is available, but additional charges will apply. It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that someone, (must be 18 years or over), is at the address between these times to accept and sign for the delivery. For this reason it is recommended that you use a 'works' delivery address whenever possible. A charge may be made where a delivery has been attempted and refused through no fault of our own or our carriers.

All our fireworks comply with British Safety Standard BS7114

Fireworks can be dangerous if they get into the wrong hands. We do everything we can to sell responsibly. . We are not allowed to sell to anybody under 18 so by only allowing credit card payments we ensure that this is adhered to.

Some of our fireworks are delivered directly from the manufacturers. We take the order and then pass the order to the manufacturer who will send them out by special courier as it is illegal so send fireworks via conventional mail.

We are VAT registered and all prices include VAT at the current rate . Whenever you are comparing prices on the Internet, check whether VAT is included in the price or is added later at the checkout stage of your purchase. We raise and post out VAT invoices for all orders.

Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on the Pixiedust  web site.

1) All prices are shown in £ sterling and we reserve the right to change any advertised price at any time.

2) All products are subject to availability and may be changed at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.

3) Delivery charges are specified and are available to UK mainland addresses only.

4) Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Switch and Delta. Payment will be deducted from the account on despatch of purchase.

5) Delivery ( excluding fireworks) will usually be 5 working days: a signature may be required.

7) Should there be a delay in delivery time then we will notify you within 3 working days, you will be advised of the expected delivery date or if the product is no longer available. You will have the opportunity of cancelling the order if the expected delivery date is unacceptable.

8) We will endeavour to take all reasonable care, in so far as it is possible to do so, to keep details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part, will not be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to data you provide when accessing or ordering.

9) In the event that your product is lost or damaged in transit please contact us. In case of non delivery please wait 14 days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed. In case of goods received damaged or faulty please retain the product and contact us within 3 days of receipt, whereupon we will arrange for the item to be exchanged.

10) Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the option to cancel your order within seven days of receipt of the goods, without giving a reason or having to bear the costs of returning the goods to us. A refund will be given immediately the goods are received by us in good condition.

11) Should you ever have cause to make a complaint, we guarantee to respond within 3 working days.

12) Any data collected by us during the course of business with you is purely for our own use and is not forwarded or sold to any third party.

13) None of the above affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
