Collections

Collections from the shop can be made by prior appointment.

Delivery 

UK Mainland 1st Class Post:

• We normally dispatch your orders within 24/48 hours of receipt
• Standard Delivery takes approximately 2-3 working days although this is not guaranteed
• We not work Saturdays, Sundays or Bank/Public Holidays so orders will not be despatched on these days

UK Mainland 2nd Class Post:

• We normally dispatch your orders within 24/48 hours of receipt
• Economy Delivery takes approximately 3-5 working days although this is not guaranteed
• We  not work Saturdays, Sundays or Bank/Public Holidays so orders will not be despatched on these days

Special Delivery 1pm:

Next working day delivery 

• Order before 1pm Monday to Thursday and your order will be dispatched the same day
• Orders are guaranteed for delivery the next day before 1pm
• Orders received Friday before 1pm will be processed and posted same day but may not arrive until Monday
• A signature will be required for all Special Delivery Orders

European / International Shipping:

• We normally dispatch your orders within 24/48 hours of receipt (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Bank/Public Holidays) 
• Overseas postage is charged based on weight of goods
• Most Orders going abroad will need a signature
• We do not deliver to PO boxes
• There is no Express Delivery available for orders outside the United Kingdom
• Customers outside of the UK should please note that the buyer is responsible for any and all customs, duty, taxes/ vat and import charges etc., which may be made by your country.

Please be aware that deliveries at busy times of the year, for example Halloween and Christmas, may take a little longer than usual to arrive so please order in plenty of time.

All our fireworks comply with British Safety Standard BS7114

Fireworks can be dangerous if they get into the wrong hands. We do everything we can to sell responsibly. . We are not allowed to sell to anybody under 18 so by only allowing credit card payments we ensure that this is adhered to.

Some of our fireworks are delivered directly from the manufacturers. We take the order and then pass the order to the manufacturer who will send them out by special courier as it is illegal so send fireworks via conventional mail.

VAT

We are VAT registered and all prices include VAT at the current rate . Whenever you are comparing prices on the Internet, check whether VAT is included in the price or is added later at the checkout stage of your purchase. We raise and post out VAT invoices for all orders.
